CLN Energy was founded in October 2019 and focuses on manufacturing specialized lithium-ion batteries, motors, and powertrain parts for electric cars, such as throttles, controllers, DC-DC converters, displays, and differentials. In addition to stationary applications, including solar energy systems, energy storage solutions (ESS), and telecommunications, the company offers business-to-business (B2B) solutions for various mobility applications, including electric two-, three-, and four-wheelers. Additionally, CLN Energy provides distinctive and customized solutions for multiple applications, including lithium-ion battery packs. Their goods, which include motors, powertrain parts, and lithium-ion battery packs, are sold under the “CLN Energy” brand.
CLN Energy IPO:
CLN Energy runs two production plants in Pune, Maharashtra, and Noida, Uttar Pradesh. For two-wheeler batteries, the integrated setup has a 168 MWh annual cell grading capacity, a 358 MWh annual cell sorting capacity, a 130 MWh annual production capacity, and a 72 MWh annual battery testing capacity. It features a 41 MWh cell grading capacity, a 110 MWh sorting capacity, a 115 MWh production capacity, and a 41 MWh testing capability for other batteries. Furthermore, 60,000 motors may be produced yearly at the Noida site.
Batteries, powertrains, chargers, battery energy storage systems (BESS), inverters, and solar panels are among the items that CLN Energy presently distributes through about 112 distributors. Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, and West Bengal are among the states in its distribution network.
