EMA Partners India, a Mumbai-based company, announced on Saturday that it plans to raise Rs 76 crore through an IPO on the NSE’s Emerge platform. The offering will go live on January 17. On January 21, the sale with a price range of Rs 117–124 per unit will come to an end. According to a statement from the company, the anchor investor auction will begin for one day on January 16. It is suggested that the company’s shares be listed on NSE Emerge’s Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) platform. It further said that bidders may purchase a minimum of 1,000 shares as well as multiples of those shares.

The EMA Partners IPO is a Rs 76.01 crore book-built offering. The issuance consists of an offer to sell 7.96 lakh shares for a total of Rs 9.87 crores and a new issue of 53.34 lakh shares worth Rs 66.14 crores. The subscription period for EMA Partners’ initial public offering (IPO) begins on January 17, 2025, and ends on January 21, 2025. On Wednesday, January 22, 2025, the allocation for the EMA Partners IPO is anticipated to be finalized. The proposed listing date for the EMA Partners IPO is set for Friday, January 24, 2025, on the NSE SME.

Currently, public shareholders own 13.86 percent of the corporation, while the promoters and promoter group own 86.14 percent. The RHP states that the company’s subsidiaries and leadership team will be strengthened, IT infrastructure will be upgraded, debt will be repaid, general corporate costs will be funded, and possible inorganic acquisitions would be explored with the help of the IPO funds.

The proceeds of the new issuance will be used by EMA Partners India, a company that competes with publicly traded companies such as Quess Corp and TeamLease Services, to upgrade its current IT infrastructure, hire more leadership, pay off debt, and make unspecified inorganic acquisitions.
