Following the company’s announcement that it had won Letters of Award (LoA) for two contracts, RDB Realty & Infrastructure’s share price increased by more than 4% on Wednesday. On the BSE, sDB Realty & Infrastructure shares increased by 4.08% to ₹504.75 each.

According to RDB Realty & Infrastructure, it was awarded contracts through two Letters of Award (LoA) dated January 10, 2025, after participating in a tender published by the Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC).

According to a regulatory filing by RDB Realty & Infrastructure, the first contract is an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract that includes the supply of plant and equipment as well as required spare parts for Grid Connected Roof Top Solar (RTS) Plants with a cumulative capacity of about 10MWp at the rooftop of various buildings within the DVC command area in the states of Jharkhand and West Bengal.

The second contract is an Operation & Maintenance (O&M) order that covers all aspects of the solar PV plant’s five-year operation and maintenance. The technical specifications cover the supply and storage of all consumable spare parts, equipment replacement or repair, insurance, and other matters about the aforementioned solar PV facilities. According to the firm, on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, it got an email from the LoAs.

The share price of RDB Realty & Infrastructure dropped by more than 9% in a single month and by 8% in three. Nonetheless, the small-cap company has produced multi-bagger returns of over 470% in a year and has surged more than 244% in six months. RDB Realty & InfrastructureShares have increased by an astounding 1,160% over the last two years, while the small-cap company has risen by almost 1,200% during the previous year. RDB Realty & Infrastructure’s stock was up 2.06% at ₹494.95 a share on the BSE at 10:40 AM.
